Returns and Exchanges
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or returned damaged.
- Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at illumiboutiqueau@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns for change of mind if the product has been used.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind before your order has been shipped, we are happy to provide store credit. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
